   <img src="images/profile/5.jpg"  align="left" /><p>Ayo Ayodele has over a decade of experience in both frontier and developed markets and his work experience cuts across investment banking, capital markets and asset management. Recently, he served as the Deputy Chief Investment Officer to the city of Chicago Treasurers office where he managed a $8 billion investment portfolio in addition to serving on the investment committees of 4 different city of Chicago pension funds.</p>
 
<p>Mr Ayodele has worked for global financial institutions and has significant management experience with leading investment banking firms. 
Before IRM, Ayo worked at Afrinvest (West Africa) where he captained the firm's investment banking origination effort in addition to managing a client base of domestic and international institutional investors.</p>

<p>Mr Ayodele began his finance training in the USA, as a Structured Finance Analyst in the Real Estate and Gaming debt capital market Group at Banc of America Securities LLC in Charlotte and thereafter served as an Assistant Vice President at HSBC's Global Corporate and Investment Banking Transportation Coverage Group in New York.</p>

<p>Mr Ayodele has a Bachelor's in Business Management with a concentration in Finance & Entrepreneurship and a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Arizona. He has also participated in several advanced courses at  the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and is an alumni of Kings College, Lagos.</p>   </div>
